Shipping Terms

These shipping terms apply to all orders placed via finestartmanufactory.com and supplement our Terms and Conditions. Any deviations require our written confirmation.


1. Carriers & Shipping Charges

1.1 Carriers

Domestic (Austria): Österreichische Post AG

Europe & worldwide: Österreichische Post AG, DHL International or DPD

1.2 Shipping charges
Applicable shipping charges are stated in the product description or in the checkout process before you place your order. All prices quoted include statutory VAT and any other price components (where applicable).

1.3 Free shipping
Any promotional free-shipping offers will be explicitly indicated in the checkout process and in the product description.


2. Delivery Times

2.1 Austria
– Standard delivery: 1–3 working days after dispatch confirmation

2.2 EU member states
– Standard delivery: 3–7 working days after dispatch confirmation

2.3 Rest of world
– Standard delivery: 5–20 working days after dispatch confirmation

Please note that international shipments may be delayed due to customs clearance.


3. Customs, Import Charges & Non-Delivery Areas

3.1 Customs and import charges

Shipments to destinations outside the EU may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These fees are payable by the customer unless otherwise indicated in the product description.

If you instruct DHL, DPD or Österreichische Post to handle customs clearance, any duties or charges incurred may be billed to you directly by the carrier.

3.2 Non-delivery areas
Deliveries to addresses in the following territories are not possible:
Ascension, Bouvet Island, British Indian Ocean Territory, French Southern and Antarctic Lands (French Southern Territories), Heard and McDonald Islands, Pitcairn Islands, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Tajikistan, Tristan da Cunha, United States Minor Outlying Islands, Brazil, Argentina, Russia, Belarus, China, India, Africa (continental destinations subject to individual assessment), Mexico, Ukraine, and Western Sahara.

On request, we will gladly review exceptional individual cases for countries not listed.

Should customs regulations change, we reserve the right to adjust the shipping list.

4. Shipping & Address Changes

4.1 Shipping notification
As soon as your shipment has left our warehouse, you will receive a dispatch confirmation by e-mail containing your tracking number for shipment tracking.

4.2 Address correction
Please check your delivery address immediately after receiving the order confirmation.

Changes are only possible within 3 days of order receipt. To request a change, use the link in your order confirmation e-mail or contact us at finestartmanufactory@gmail.com

After the goods have been dispatched, we can no longer change the delivery address. If a return to us occurs due to incorrect address details, the customer is responsible for the costs of reshipment.


5. Tracking

Use the tracking number provided in the shipping e-mail to check the current status of your delivery on the carrier’s website. System updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.


6. Returns & Refunds

6.1 Right of withdrawal & returns
In the event of a withdrawal, you will bear the return shipping costs unless the withdrawal policy provides otherwise. All information on withdrawal can be found at: https://finestartmanufactory.com/policies/refund-policy

6.2 Undeliverability
If your order is returned to us as undeliverable because you refused acceptance or provided an incorrect address, we will not cover the cost of re-shipment. Any refunds will be made minus the shipping charges.
